All of our products are backed by our hassle-free return policy. If things don’t work out the way you expected, you can return any item, in "as purchased" condition within 30 days of receipt, for any reason, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return an item(s) to us. If we have incorrectly shipped an item to you, we will assume the costs of re-shipping.

Once your return is processed, Bear Hill Sports will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

How do I return an item?

• Contact us via email at talktous@bearhillsports.com and request to return your product.
• We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) which you should record for tracking purposes.
• Please pack the item(s) you plan to return along with the original paperwork from bearhillsports.com.
• Utilize plenty of packing material and place in a securely taped shipping container.
• Be sure to include a return address and the RA# on the shipping container.

Important Notes:

• cannot accept hand deliveries.
• cannot accept COD deliveries.
• is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the mail. We advise you to insure your package and get tracking information.
